Were approached by a client that needs a website for a real-state agency, the client needed an interactive site rather than a simple company portfolio.

Client’s needs

The client wanted to list the properties they are selling and buying and let their users know about their events, updates, offers and free services.

  • Property Listing

Through the use of WordPress custom post types, we were able to list properties according to their status, city and type.
The single property itself had a number of attributes for ease of data representation (price, video, map, ID, status: rent/sale, gallery, sharing through social media sites, association with a specific agent and finally similar properties).

  • Events, offers and free services.

For this we thought of implementing a news blog, a free services section with forms to allow the users to ask questions and send their inquiries to the client

We also integrated an email subscription form that uses mail chimp for ease of email list management, the user can define what fields are required for accurate assessment of the user needs

  • Membership

As a member of the site and add real-estate properties to sell or rent through the website.
An easy to use form was incorporated to serve this purpose with Google maps support and the ability to choose from the company agents to be of help to the buyer or renter.
